11. Be humble - You are a servant ( call to serve) not a master (boss).
12. Be open, accept others and their view.
13. Be people and job conscious - balance both.
14. Be knowledgeable - know little thing about everything.
15. Have a heart of flesh (dynamic) not a heart of stone (rigid).
16. Be optimistic - expect the best in all possible ways.
17. Build moral - teach right behaviour.
18. Be initiation of ideas.
19. Motivate with incentives - economical and non economical.
20. Let your actions speaks louder than your voice - take action
